There would be zero benefit and since the rental income is passive income you are turning income that’s not subject to social security and Medicare taxes into income that is subject to those taxes.

I would guess probably around the cost of tearing it down.I think tearing it down and trying to sell it is the socially responsible move to do... and is one I could live with, however I don't know what to do with it until I get a clear title.
