Applicant with questionable girlfriend

Hello, very new to this!! Finally received an applicant that fits all my criteria, it's been a long process! He has a girlfriend though who has three kids but has no information for me to verify. He has credit, job and past landlord but she has nothing. I wasn't even going to run a credit report on her because she said she has never had a job, credit card, or past landlord...He says he will cover everything but do I still put her on the lease? What if they break up?

If she did not fill out the application in full you reject both their applications. She is hiding something that will definatly get her rejected. Bad credit, criminal record, eviction, makes no difference there is definatly something they do not want you to find out about. Never had a job, no credit card or past landlord....she is lying about all of it.

I would not waste any more time on their applications and tell them they are not accepted, no reason or explanation required.
