Sounds like a great a solution, but I'm skeptical.

I'll also say that it could be worth considering a shot at a software solution built for DIY landlords (1 - 15 units) to bring some automation to the rental management process (just to make things much much easier for you)!

If someone is looking to grown beyond a small handful of locations, it's best to come up with your software solution on how to handle it.   

A few labels in the cupboards would’ve been helpful, and please, just simple stainless steel pans.
