I’ve heard of the following ways to minimize these taxes…1) Combine some tax harvesting with the sale.I will be investigating this more but does anyone have any experience with this …any input?

I assume you are after that, since you are here in Bigger Pockets, a forum for real estate investors.That being said, I totally believe it to be possible to house hack in the Bay Area, although it is going to take some investigation and flexibility on your part. 

You might consider investigating cities like Lowell, Lawrence, Brockton. 

My advice to you is to investigate the matter more thoroughly to make sure your getting a good deal.

You can file a complaint, they will have him investigated.

In probate/inheritance deals, part of your marketing budget is reconnaissance and investigation.

Recently I have been investigating several firms that claim they will set you up with great passive income returns through inexpensive rental properties.

The house was very clean before move in.The tenant has been complaining about bugs and I had an exterminator investigate and he tells me there are bed bugs in the house.

I called up the Fannie Mae resource center and they said there's nothing they can do; if my agent wants to file a complaint they can, but the results of the internal investigation may take time and will never be made public.I guess my question is how can I or my agent approach listing agents in such a way that gets them to want to actually do their job and return phone calls or show a property?

However, many times you either end up buying tons of material that you can grab online for free, or worse yet...they try to sell you a turnkey property that you may not be ready for at this particular moment.Now, I am good with turnkey properties, they are good, but do your investigation & ask questions.
