I’m talking about the water bill, sewer, electric, trash services(which can be double the amount during the hot rental seasons because they come twice as often), internet, cable, and on and on and on.  2) Cleaning Services - if you do Week long rentals, you have to turn that property every week, so your cleaners need to be quick AND thorough.

Also be very careful of all the FAUX lenders out there these days that tell you what you want to hear and ask for up front money 99% of the time they are just common variety internet thieves masquerading as lenders.Although I do think Lendinghome might charge a one time fee of 199.00 .

Shop around but I will say look up the internet insurance companies paying claims some seem to have a bad reputation.State Farm pays most claims, sure you can dig up where a claim puts State Farm in bad light but in whole, they are rated the top in paying claims.
