Canadian New to Real Estate investing .

Tommy Stewart
Posted

Hey Guys and Gals,

My name is Tommy Stewart , im 28 years old live in Kitchener , Ontario , Canada and I weld natural gas pipelines for a living . Through reading a few of Robert Kiyosaki's books I've had a huge interest in real estate , work has been crazy busy for the last couple of  years and im lucky enough to have the problem of needing somewhere to put my money !

I've been approved by my main bank (TD Canada trust ) for 300K with a 25% down payment , so the hunt has started . Im looking to buy my first property in Moncton , NB since my research makes it seem like an up and coming town with lots of work coming in through the call center and service industries . Rents are respectable and property prices are in the perfect range for my newbie self.

Anyways i just wanted to introduce myself to the community and learn lots from all of you pros out there . Would love to hear of any advice or recommendations for a newbie getting started .

Thanks!
