We rented a large cabana with 4 large beds upstairs and a bathroom (with hot water shower, which you didn't see much in those days) and air conditioning (again, something rare) with wireless internet (we had it wired) and added an LG air conditioning system downstairs with cable tv and was on the bus route to town (or you could walk, which we did quite often), but because the locals felt we were trespassing on their work, we were forced to live out our money and returned home broke.

You pay them only after they have scraped the internet and newspaper postings in your area of interest and have delivered a reasonable amount of leads to your email inbox.

Quit wasting space on this amazing site, the internet as a whole and my life for feeling compelled to read what crap you come up with next about how short sale flips are illegal.

I'd include that email here but I can assure you that the Realtor police will hunt me down and burn me to the stake so we'll leave that alone. to summarize this really long post, and I didn't write it as a blog simply b/c more eyes are on it here and this is a lesson to be learned.

There are a lot of possibilities with today's internet.

My real concern is that it could be used as a back door way to regulate the internet in that anyone who taughts something as very good and has profited from it could also find themselves under these rules.Such as Nick or Motivated suggesting to others that they use a BP connection such as Will and Rich's.
