I get so tired or seeing posts that short sale flips are illegal this, short sale flips are illegal that.......

Quit wasting your life away listening to others that have their own agenda for 'Trying' to scare you.

Quit wasting space on this amazing site, the internet as a whole and my life for feeling compelled to read what crap you come up with next about how short sale flips are illegal.

Quit quoting articles that are written by attorneys that obviously want to scare you into NOT doing short sale b/c let me give you a hint, THEY ARE DOING THEM ALSO, YOU ARE THEIR COMPETITION.

National Association of Realtors (NAR) has done and continues to do a great job being at the forefront of 'educating' Realtors, Brokers, Title Companies, Attorneys and the consumer public on the 'Fraudulent' actions of Short Sales.

Don't you think they are doing this for a reason? They all make a commission, the higher the sales prices are the higher their commissions are. Of course they don't like that Investors come in, pay cash for a house at a discount that THE BANK AGREES UPON and then resells for a higher prices thus making a profit.

I'd be completely surprised that anyone on here or anywhere for that matter who keeps trying to scare people that short sales are illegal has probably NEVER DONE ONE and will NEVER do any INVESTING as long as they live.

here is the number reason why short sales are NOT illegal:

The banks have Short Sale departments.

Think about it, the day when I submit a short sale and the bank says they are no longer doing them then fine. Until the banks NO LONGER ACCEPT SHORT SALES

then STHU with all the nonsense.
