my only interaction with BK as it related to a tenant.. was I got a judgement for back rent from tenant garnished wages everything was going along for about 8 months.. then bam she files chaper 7 and the trustee made me give him back everything she paid me on the garnishment.LOL.. so out the time it took to get the judgement and then had to give it back anyway.Landlording is just so much fun  :)  sometimes you just want to throw your hands up and wonder how the heck these tenants get along in life.

You've already taken a crucial step as the answer to your question by joining BP and posting on here:) Some suggestions if you haven't already done them are:1) Set up your keywords on here for Charlotte and others areas that you are looking to connect in to keep on track with posts using these words and interact. 2) Look for different meetups in your area on meetup.com and then go out and start meeting people.3) If you connect with someone in whom you feel you could learn from, take them out for coffee to ask them some questions that you have, then ask them if you had a deal would they be willing to look at it and potentially go into it with you if you give them a majority of the cut (like 60/40) and help guide you through any spots you need help with and go from there.4) Lastly, keep reading and learning.
