Reading PA Property Management
Hi
We have been looking for rental markets outside of Philadelphia to acquire multi-family properties. Specifically 4 unit buildings and larger. Reading seems to have a strong rental market, mid range rents and is priced well below Philadelphia. So we would like to start interviewing qualified property managers. Is anyone currently investing in Reading Pa and does anyone have property management experiences they could share? Being based in Philly I would like to limit my trips back and forth.
