If you want to identify 12 different houses that will go into one contract as one bundle from one seller (think portfolio) then that would also be one property for your identification.  

I grew up tagging along with my real estate agent mom and my first job was answering phones at my stepdad's mortgage company.

As much as I want to implement the brrrr strategy out here, the price tag on homes out here are too expensive and out of my reach.
