Hi everyone! I'm am amazed at the BP resources. I'm so very glad I found all of you wonderful folks!
I am slightly obsessed with real estate. I grew up tagging along with my real estate agent mom and my first job was answering phones at my stepdad's mortgage company. I never pursued RE as a career but have owned 7 homes in 4 different states with my hubby.
I'm tired of convincing people to give me a job every time we relocate, so I'd like to learn about RE investing and own enough single- and multi-family rental units to replace my income. With the help of BP, my days of working for others are over!
