Hello Everyone,

Just want to introduce myself. My name is Andevaughn but everyone calls me Andy, I am from NY where I work in the IT industry. I have been looking into real estate after noticing that renting do not help me or my family later down in the future. I have been watching a lot of videos on YOU TUBE, some happens to be podcast from biggerpockets.com.

I am here to learn from individuals that started from where I am currently starting from and to grow my knowledge in this area.
