So if I can find a lender that will allow me to refi in the llc so that way I don't have to use my personal credit and can close quickly (not in 30 to 45 days which I've been told), that would be ideal.

B) no template contract anywhere will achieve everything, so using the free versions from YouTubers or legalzoom or any other website, should still be reviewed by an attorney to make sure you are protected and there is no language that is outdated or not applicable to you.People in general are scared of contracts, so trying to create something that is short and simple, yet protects all parties is the ideal situation.
