Today, Clark county population has grown to 2.2 million, and population is still growing steadily every year.

I am also new to REI investment and looking for an accountability partner or group to grow together with.

After about 6 weeks, it just drifted apart, up to about 1/2" exposing the black adhisive bottom strip. 

There was no tall concrete wall to block the noise, only the heavy vegetation naturally growing there. 

It’s beautiful and I was lucky to grow up there.  

There are many solid and growing markets where you can cash flow positive with turnkey investments.

Going forward, we would plan to reinvest cash generated and grow our portfolio within the LLC.
