I am also using very frequently their Platinum Service to get answer to my legal and tax questions for a cheap monthly subscription fee.

The professional rehab/flippers find them a bit more frequently but even they do not profit 30% - Realtor fees which is the flipper equivalent. 

Ask your local Ben Moore dealer if you can get set up with a contractor/frequent user account for free (saying something like you'll use them for this project and future ones etc).

But when I got to Oregon I was getting my coffee at a little Coffee shop I would frequent before I headed out to look at the timber lands we were buying and Logging.. right next to them was a builders office..
