I am an active duty member in the military so I am really looking for some advice from those who have a full time job or are in the military (maybe certain perks I am unaware of).I found out about BiggerPockets through their Podcasts.

I am actively looking in Milwaukee, and like @Nicole Pettis mentioned, those areas still have some potential. 

When I moved back home I made the active decision to provide The Dalles with affordable housing.

There is an impressive precinct where the heart of the activity once was.

The work shop is kind of gimmicky and they make you participate in clap chants and other cult like activities.  

Anybody that's actively acquiring deals, message me.  

This is one of the main reasons I outsource this activity.

Hello, new here and have some questions for you all.I'm looking to get into multi family homes / duplex housing landlord, or to actively live in one side and have a roommate for the other side. 

Even though it was obvious I was new, I didn't expect anything for nothing, and through active participation, I made myself memorable enough that when my mentor decided it was time for them to take someone under their wing, I was the one that came to mind first.

Im just starting out myself but have been doing lots of researching for the past 3-4 month and actively looking for deals.
