I've found it's a bit of a challenge getting terms I can qualify for here in LA. 

So happy to have found this resource! 

I recently learned a few things about wholesaling and found out I could do it virtually.

I found some properties that said "HUD OWNED - MAKE OFFER," a mobile home "For Sale By Owner,"  empty piece of land between two beautiful houses.

My dream is to buy distressed properties, rehab them, rent them out, leverage other people's money to scale up, and hold my properties forever - basically the BRRRR strategy that @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin teach.I'm glad I found Bigger Pockets - a great resource.

I would like that @Chad Hensel I found the website, will look in to plan my next visit around the meeting so we can all meet.

I am having trouble locating a form for this, although I have found plenty for one person.

Buying sight unseen does require a trusted team on the ground and the time it takes to make that team, but other than that, I found the process quite.
