HUD criminal investigation division can make requests to any federal agency.But, if you just follow what's usual and customary you'll never be sent to a foreign country for questioning or reported as "Lost at Sea" :)

The number of companies directly accepting Bitcoin is growing, but even if they accept Bitcoin, the value of the goods is tied to USD and they convert at time of sale to Bitcoin.It is worth watching the trends as crypto and blockchain evolve, but ultimately this is a way to secure transactions, a payment method and currency, not a replacement for real estate agents.

It's a pretty straightforward strategy once you know how to  implement it.An additional benefit to the Land Trust in this situation is that it can allow you to use a Series LLC from another state without having to deal with the foreign filing fees involved.
