A vast majority of them have 100% equity which is a beautiful gate to seller finance which I feel will be the most profitable.

In terms of yields, capital appreciation, and taxes.I was considering Dallas TX and Tampa Florida as of right now because I feel they're both strong markets and favourable tax situations.

I had the feeling as an outsider the locals have seen this many times before and they orchestrated most of the drama they pushed on our buyer.
