Best mentorship for flipping and scaling??
Hi all,
I am somewhat new to REI. I currently am flipping a house locally, but I'm quickly realizing I need OPM to scale my business.
I have looked at several mentorships and the one I’m considering is Jake Leicht’s program because it heavily focuses on OPM and flips. I do have some money to invest with, but don’t want to continue using it all on a deal or two and then wait for those to close to move onto a new deal.
I know about HML and PML, but Jake's program seems to go into a lot of different creative strategies. PML is still a struggle. Has anyone gone through his program? If so, What are your thoughts? Are there other programs out there that you'd recommend? I know about Pace and Ryan Pineda, but don't think those are the best fit for me at this time.
PS- Youtube and BP has become my best friend, I have gone through the 7-day WREIN masterclass, I’m reading books, so I am knowledgeable in many areas, but trying to put all the pieces together is where I’m at. I feel like a couple pieces are missing to scale my business.
Thank you in advance for any advice!

Hi @Mark Munson!
Thank you for your reply. I would love to chat sometime with you regarding OPM and scaling. I do agree, a local mentor would be ideal, but haven't had success in finding one. However, I haven't been super active in our local REIA either, so that is where I need to start. I'm still considering Jake's program, but will check locally first.
