wife and i wanting to learn and to make honest friends
New here. I've been flipping and keeping mostly single family units for 28 years with my wife. We've always done all the work ourselves, which may not have been the smartest angle for a couple of legit reasons. Conractors in N Colorado are just sooooo expensive.
Mostly clear assets with equity in the 8 figures, but no doubt can learn much from many here. Also would like to make humble successful entrepreneurial friends who are ministry minded or just wise and not self indulgent.
Sure would enjoy learning more about finding an affordable management company and exit strategies. 721 or RE funding collectives dont interest me.
If youre not trying to sell me anything maybe we could meet in Greeley Windsor someday.
