You are emotionally involved with a property, but don't even have numbers.  

Having it in escrow is a powerful emotional thing for desperate buyers. 

AccountabilityYou're in a thought bubble, but the action is going on outside of your bubble.  

I can tell you that the hardest thing to do is getting started, being 19 when I started 10 months ago, but after doing 8 deals collectively with my partner, the only person that trusted me, I must say the ride was emotionally, but it was definitely an awesome learning experience.

It should be noted that my family and I love this duplex, there is definitely some emotional attachment here.

I would say that if you are the type who frets over every line item and gets upset at the thought you could have done it for less, it may not be worth the emotional price.

I cannot see any reason to keep this RE unless you have an emotional attachment.
