hey fellow pocketers I'm 23 and currently nearing my closing date, on my first investment property. I'm extremely nervous, I'm happy with the deal and I know it's a good start for me, but my hearts constantly racing and I have no one to talk to lol... Any advice on this stage mentally and emotionally wise?

I have learned this from life and professional experience, and I wish I was twenty-three (23) again to remedy the mistake: start hanging around people "like you" in your professional and personal life, as much as possible. If you are the only entrepreneurial person in your circle, you won't do as well as you could.

Online, you are covered, though. BiggerPockets Posse is happy for you.
