When doing online marketing, at some point during your relationship building with your prospects, ask them for their mailing address (with legitimate reason in mind) and then follow up with them offline.That's what I would do.

For the workers that I have a trusted relationship with, I visit the site at the beginning of the day to make sure we have a schedule, and at the end of the day to make sure we met the schedule.
