Hello all.

My name is David Stidham. I am originally from California living in Central Florida and love it. I am married with three kids, and love to golf. I have been watching real estate for a long time learning along the way and wondering when the right time to jump in will be. It has arrived. What was I waiting for? The internet having the capability to implement what I am good at. And what is that? An extensive film, video and marketing background.

My philosophy is very different than most agents I have met. Instead of bringing the client to the house, I believe in bringing the house to the client. How do I do it? Unlike the typical 360 tours, the way I do tours allows my clients to "experience" properties in the comfort of their home with a comrehensive walkthrough of the property. My goal is to truly put them in the property the best I can. Then, once they narrow their search to properties they are interested in we go out and see only those. I haven't met anyone who likes driving all over town looking at properties with "surprises" popping up all over. My approach reduces those "surprises" significantly.

Here is a sample of one of my tours:

I do the same thing for buyers. That's right, I go out and shoot the properties they are interested in, then we only set foot in the properties there is a high probability they will like after seeing the tour.

I will soon be marketing my new RE sites.

With all of my relationships and experience in mass media I look forward to leveraging those relationships to get exposure for my RE sites and testing my new RE venture. I have two (one in Tampa, one in Orlando) top 10 radio stations where I get approx. $5,000 each worth of adv. every month.

I am not telling you this to try and get your business (although I will not turn it down if it is offered) but I would like your input on what I am doing.

How does all this relate to investors? I'm not sure. I have some ideas, but you tell me. One is, my tours make it very easy to find a renter because it puts them "in the house" better than any other tour. Also, I can assist out of the area buyers considerably.

This looks like a good site and I look forward to learning as much as I can.

If you have any questions :shoot: fire away.
