Voicemail System / Business Cards

I am in the process of setting up a voicemail system where it has the standard greeting and then will say:

if you are looking to sell your home press 1
if you are an investor looking to purchase property press 2

etc

Do you think I should have one phone number for sellers to call and hear an automated message and then another number for investors to call?

My thoughts are that investors calling will hear the option to sell your home, and the sellers will hear the option to buy a home. I'm wondering if that will put off either one knowing that I am both buying and selling homes. I was thinking each might want the impression that I either strictly buy homes, or sell homes.

Also, should I have a different business card for sellers and investors?

Thanks,

Chris
