Unfortunately for politicians, affordability can't generally be solved with restrictions. 

Clients use their own knowledge and expertise to invest in what they know and understand.

What I'm hoping to find is someone with local expertise in either leasing/developing or investment sales in retail properties in Houston. 

@Renee Yarbrough Many states have different laws so it calls for expertise and ability to practice in state the property is in. 

The triplex itself is on about one acre of the land but the extra 2 acres is a problem that I'm seeking to solve.

I acquired this as part of another investment so its a bit outside my area of expertise. 

The sellers I bought from had many reasons why they didn't care; the house was trashed they where older,  in pre forclosure they where to loose the house anyway,  many other reasons why a seller will sell for zero net to them and sign over the deed and let an investor start paying on the mortgage.This is not a ad for you to bring me deals, this a question to engage you in why you would or wouldn't help a seller to solve their low equity problem?
