Listingbook here is pretty good and usually delivers the latest the day after being input in the MLS.  

Ask about the commission split structure, desk fees, buying and selling for yourself/family, is phone duty required, are there monthly minimums (sales, cold calls, etc), bonus structure, the type of real estate they focus on (investment, retail, high-end, leasing, foreclosures, commercial), how is the in-house training, what kind of on-boarding process, lead disbursement and generation, advertising associated with your franchise, corporate franchise fees, web & social media, and a ton of other items.  

If you worked out a deal to supply building material than you should purchase and deliver them yourself.

We have one property manager at the moment who is awesome, I trained her myself she basically shadowed me for a couple months. 

One bequest provides that cash will be delivered to a trustee for my wife's benefit.

We have trained our children on the importance of growing the business and we know they will do a great job. 

Being a trained chef is not business training.
