Birddogging

First of all I want to say hello to everyone and I look forward to learning with all of you! Hopefully one day I can teach someone what I know. But anyway, I'm just starting with this real estate thing. I don't have alot of money saved and I have bad credit. I'm making changes right now to fix both of those issues but that takes time. So until those fixes are made I figured I could make some money in another way. I've seen people talk about birddogging. I'm not sure what that is and i'm not sure where/how to do this. Is there a book/CD/DVD I can read to learn this? Any other info on this would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Joe

There are tons of great resources on being a birddog. I am sure if you just apply yourself some you will find it.

I will say that you should get out there and find investors to birddog for. Maybe attend a local REI Club and see how you can help people there.
