If you're ready to begin investing and you believe Mobile / Modular homes are a focus you want to stick with, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the program for a couple reasons.1) Cost - I did Rich Dad BEFORE this and that was thousands of dollars.2) Content - The educational aspect is quite extensive.

My SBA Mentor asked me to email him exactly what I was doing and to define Wholesale Lease option He then physically went to the Commission and asked them if these activities were legal with out a Broker License.

I agree with J Scott, but steering a buyer to a lender is a touchy area and tying a Realtor into that scheme can be a problem for them as it is steering an illegal aspect in most states if not, it's certainly an ethics violation.

This helps to further define my early retirement criteria but I honestly don't think I'll have nearly enough rental income to replace my day job in less than 2 years so it doesn't matter that much anyway.

Moreover, a good agent will help you define your criteria and provide introductions to lenders, title companies, etc.I got into real estate because, when buying my first house (primary residence), I picked up the phone book and signed with a random Coldwell agent.
