Torrential rains caused flooding 13 ft deep, so there was 5 ft of water on the Second floor.When I was a kid a relative had a property with 8 feet of water on the first floor and of course a full basement.

I have a hard time believeing the agent is working so hard because he has "commission breath" and is dying to cash a check. 3% of 43k is $1290 and since he is a KW agent, he is certainly probably giving 30% of that back to the brokerage.
