Hello BP,

I got so caught up learning I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Scott Ballard I am currently a co owner of an automotive repair shop. I have had a passion for fixing things and fixing things up since I was a child. When I was younger I worked a few construction jobs for house flippers and fell in love with it. Somewhere along the way life happened I went to the military and kind of forgot how much I love real estate. My wife and I have done one live in flip, and also own one rental property. My goals are to fix and flip houses and use the proceeds to by SFR and MFR properties for long term cash flow. I am truly impressed with this site and all the wonderful people who contribute everyday so that a dummy like me can try to get a handle on it. I also love that it is a somewhat anonymous way to help me get out of my comfort zone and start networking. Thanks BP.
