The monthly payments on the line of credit will be interest only, so that is considered debt?

Like restore it to good condition.

The only thing is I've been working so hard on getting my credit to be over 700's but now I have no money for the down payment and closing cost due to paying down credit card debt to avoid interest.

I have a decent job, no debt, and a decent amount in cash reserves.

My recommendation is to involve yourself in some manner going forward whether it’s investor relations, debt, analysis, or high level strategy.

Monthly payments and debt say zero.

The unexpected bonus was my personal credit got a boost and I no longer had any long term debt personally.

They stated they will be making a small trench but when done will be restoring everything back.  2 weeks later the side yard is a disaster. 

I feel we are encouraging bad behavior and many of these tenants who fell behind are going to leave when the walls of protection come down around them but negotiate forgiven debt and may even walk out with some money.
