How do i get an old house to good condition?

Hey everyone!

I'm an older guy, so I aplogize if  if I'm saying anything wrong. But here it goes.

I own a house which was bought in the 1980s, and it's no longer in good condition. I'm wondering who can fix it up and make it look brand new. Like restore it to good condition. So if i want someone to bring it back to good condition who do i contact? and if the house becomes in good condition. How can i get it sold immediately? is those webuyuglyhouses company good to go with or no?

Thanks!
