If I wanted to find other dates to attend for that specific group where would I look?

In addition I signed an "Office Exclusive Certification" to Multiple Listing Service of Long Island directing that the property not be published in the Multiple Listing Service This document specifies the exclusive listing runs from 4/26/2016 to expiration date which was left blank. 

It is probably 30 days or 60 days prior to the lease termination/renewal date.

As for the lease, if they aren't able to take possession on the lease date of Aug 1, you'd want to amend the lease and pro-rate your rent.
