Excusive listing cointract
On 4/26/2016 I engaged a local realtor to serve as my exclusive agent concerning the sale of one of my properties. In addition I signed an "Office Exclusive Certification" to Multiple Listing Service of Long Island directing that the property not be published in the Multiple Listing Service This document specifies the exclusive listing runs from 4/26/2016 to expiration date which was left blank. I also signed the MLSLI Residential Property Data Section which is undated and has expiration date blank. Although several verbal offers have been made on the property no contract has as yet been drawn up. If I decide not to sell the property am I subject to any penalties? These are the only three documents I have.
