Most sounded pretty petty and about illogical unexpected fees and more about customer service.

Once they drop by the applicant's home and snap some pictures and fill out your checklist, you send the payment. 

However, home is newer construction, excellent condition, and has some custom features.What do you guys think of this purchase?

Just spoke to them and they seem to have great customer service.

In other words, if you find a brokerage that you feel is a better fit for environment, training, schedule, etc, don't let a 10% higher split make you write them off before considering the bigger picture.

I also find them to be evasive like a mythical creature that no one can seem to get a great picture of.

My opinion as a customer of Airbnbs - I wouldn't want to stay in an area that is sketchy. 

Many claim they are selling the equitable interest in the contract not the property itself, but when the email has pictures and stats of the property that would likely be a tough point to prove in court.I'm on several wholesaler lists and would definitely consider buying the right deal from one.
