My current HELOC matures 12/31/2024 and I'm thinking this bank will not want to renew the loan (I'll verify this of course) because I've accumulated rentals over the years, and now I have quite a few mortgages.

I currently own a rental in Northern CA and am in contract with my first flip in Selma, NC.

Just wondering what the implications are of changing a single member LLC to a multiple member LLC as far as current depreciation, basis, carry forward losses and any other issues. 

I am currently doing the same research on PA.
