Hello all. I'm a newer Real Estate investor in the Alamance, Durham county areas of NC. I currently own a rental in Northern CA and am in contract with my first flip in Selma, NC. I hold a Notary Public and I have a positive cash flow in the Utility Space as well. I am interested in Fix &Flips, BRRRR, LTRs & STRs as well as syndications. As a newer investor my hope is to connect with other investors, Real Estate professionals and learn as much as I can while growing my business.
