If the manufacturer delivers a damaged building or if the manufacturer files for bankruptcy you could end up the creek without a paddle.For full disclosure my experience with construction lending on prefab/modular homes is limited to residential 1-4 units so there may be some differences if you are building much larger commercial units

If you can build AI to compile all information about a homeowner to score and rank homeowners based on their likelihood to be motivated I would pay good money for that.

A dwelling fire policy that covers the building and a Renters policy for your contents and Liability.   

Looking to buy and hold in South Florida specifically Miami-Dade and Broward County since I live here. 

Fact is, a persons time/money is BEST served by finding that right fit Realtor/broker UNTIL you yourself become the professional, and are ready to spend all the $$$$ and time in building your real estate "machine" just like that licensed professional.
