When it gets to high 2.75 a gallon or so then news outlets here start running stories constantly as 3 bucks a gallon here is really expensive.It doesn't affect me as my office building is close but the majority of people grinding out a long commute to that JOB it can get expensive very fast.

The trick is, and I constantly have to remind my students, that if you take out a 5 year Option you have to know where the seller will be in 5 years or anytime before then to get their signature on the Warranty Deed and to authorize payoffs.

An out-of-country investment in this class would be suuuuuper high risk, especially for a beginner.Anyway, the difficulty of investing away from home is a topic that comes up constantly here at BP.
