I am the owner/operator of a private lending/hard money lending company based in Knoxville in conjunction with our local family office.

We have an investor only GC Company here in columbus as well as a High Performance Custom Homebuilding Group.

I found the representatives at the office, while hard to get ahold of, were always very helpful in helping me work through the process.Granted, I bought mine vacant then got them enrolled in the program, so slightly different, but I believe I just had to submit closing statement showing transfer of ownership from seller to me (at the time the county website could take a long while to update), and there were some basic forms with owner name address and phone number, management company name address and phone, direct deposit forms, etc.  

My husband uses property management company in Rhode Island since his properties are there.

However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships.

The insurance company had more of a hard time with it than the bank.

How do those metrics align with your company objectives?

Most cost segregation study companies provide the quote for free. 

I went to an auction 1 hour south of where I am located and the auction company just happened to have 20 beautiful hot tubs and the hot tub at my B&B was older so I was thinking why not, there weren’t too many people at the auction and we had a big enough truck so they started auctioning them and the first guy that bought one opened the side panel on his and lo and behold NO INSULATION.
