Move back into our current home maybe 5 years down the road as we make updates and add amenities to it to increase the desirability and income of it, all while stacking other rentals.There is a MTR/STR down the road that does very well, but it's a 2/1 cottage and caters to traveling nurses and couples who want to check out the vineyards.

notes or be the bank as it were is simply:  Lending money to flippers or bridge loans for buy and hold or you can do medium term  2 to 5 years. you find these potential borrowers at REIA's dont lend to anyone you have not met in person and checked just like your vetting a tenant.

I have checked the property management laws for the state of Kansas and they do not require a real estate broker license or a property management license for residential properties.My question for the BP community is this: what is a fair amount to charge to manage the property for my family members?

FWIW I've got 2 propane 40 gal units that are over 20 yrs old, BUT I drain & backflush, remove and check anode annually.
