I’ve never done AirBnb, but it’s a college town and also has a City park less than a mile away that hosts softball/baseball/ and soccer tournaments, so I think I could AirBnB for those events and have a pullout couch and a small family could rent it.I could also rent the whole thing as it is really a house with a mother-in law.I’m not sure what to do and want some opinions.

Large families have booked it, wedding parties have booked it (bridesmaids in one house, groomsmen in the other), and currently a group of workers are staying in it.I got this idea listening to a Podcast where a host in the Dominican Republic owns condo buildings - he lists each one bedroom condo separately, but he also lists the whole floor as a unit.

One of them hosts a meet-up group every month, and they have what's called "office hours" at their central Charlotte location (plaza), they've extremely connected and can hook you up with a lot of contacts depending on your goals.
