Short Term Rentals Metro Detroit

Hello Everyone,

I am currently looking into getting into the short term rental market and am wondering if anyone could give some info on a good site to use to estimate occupancy rates/nightly rates based off of the Clawson/Royal Oak/Berkley area. I have used a few sites like Evolve and AIRDNA, but they seem to have a pretty wide range between the two of them. Any help would be much appreciated!
