Be careful about selecting a tenant, but it seems to me that maybe your current tenant may be locked in at a low rate.

Best part is...when it's time to move on, you just hand back the keys and you're on your way and don't have to spend time caring for the property while you're visiting.  

@Bart Van Leijsen this one is in chicago in the austin neighborhood, it was posted on loopnet, full rehab was not necessary, we did have to do 2 extensive unit turns but otherwise we're just taking care of deferred maintenance over the course of year one. would love to help you achieve your goals!

The click lock looks a lot better close up if its done right and I think it's more durable.I dont care so much about brand as I do wear layer.
