LVP. Glue or click on

We are putting LVP on our next rental. Slab concrete, currently carpet in bed rooms and vinyl on floor, But not LVP,...lI am aiming to purchase for 12 mil wear layer. 3mm thickness. I keep hearing glue installation is better for rental, is case of repairs. I live in Greenville NC. My questions would be.

Glue or click: if glue I have to buy non-clickable planks?

What brand do you recommend?

Click and lock, use an underlayment. You can install yourself. Easier to replace Incase in case of small damage, buy 3 extra boxes and put in closet. Glue down is much less forgiving on the install, and it’s a BEAST to remove and replace plus you have to manually grind the adhesive using a walk behind grinder before putting the new flooring down.
