These are great but they are all in the Smokies a traditional vacation market so we are looking to diversify and move into some other markets.We have quite a bit saved up from the cash flow and recent cash out refis.

My biggest hope with anyone that chooses to invest in our area is that they are not only doing it for the financial gain but more importantly as an investment into the community itself. 

We (me, my wife, and our small child) are currently living in an apartment, so moving into a duplex wouldn't be much of a change for us.
