Hello! 
   I’m so excited to be a new member of the forum. My spouse and I are closing on our new home TOMORROW! (Woohoo!) it’s been a bumpy ride to say the least. We have a condo that we plan to keep as a rental and start building a portfolio. We have no idea what we are doing and I can’t wait to learn some tips and tricks from you all!
